Recently John Paddington and myself created a way to use an integration catalog in Microsoft Teams / Lists which uses Power Automate to generate a json file describing the integration catalog which is then used by an app we did to give you dynamic diagrams using mermaid which let you have different ways to view the integrations within your architecture.
